I've always been a vivid dreamer. Constantly dreaming about new ways to change the world. smile emoticon
I still love to dream. To paint pictures in my mind of the ideal world. Or to fill up blank pages with my passionate rambles or lofty expectations.
I still love to dream. To paint pictures in my mind of the ideal world. Or to fill up blank pages with my passionate rambles or lofty expectations.
Yet, time and time again He continues to remind me, to dream but with Tawakkul. To work hard, to be optimistic, to dare and to do, with Tawakkul.
Because, on the journey towards your dreams, you will fail. You will fall. You will break. You will be disappointed. You will feel like giving up because nothing is going as planned. There will be moments where things won't work out, and that's okay. If something didn't work out the way you wanted to, it definitely worked out the way He wanted to. And with Tawakkul, accepting that will come easy.
But then there will be moments where things will work out beautifully, even better than you ever imagined, and it will motivate you to keep going and chasing your dream. It's these moments that make the falls, the failures, and every setback, worth it.
Dreaming is easy. It's continuing to believe in them, after the failures, that is difficult. But when you learn to trust Allah and depend solely on Him, then, you will find tightly bolted doors fling open for you. He will even cause hearts to change for you.
What you need is tawakkul and hope, the two threads that will stitch those broken peices together; helping you bounce back with greater belief, patience and determination. Each experience but reminding you, that His plans are always better than your dream, and with sincere supplications, even that which seems impossible, can transform and blossom into a beautiful reality. So dont give up on your dream, no matter how many times you've failed, because it's not always about the destination but the journey that make your dreams worth pursuing.
